The “Get Fit, Have Fun: M4L Challenge” has begun! Come on over to the facebook fan page and get started with us.
Each evening I will post 3 challenges on the fan page for the next day. As you complete the challenges, post and tell us about it. There will be weekly products given away (just how and when we do the weekly giveaways and choose the winner will be different each week). The grand prize is over $300 worth of great stuff from Belly Bandit, check it out here. The grand prize will be given to a lucky fan member but I am not going to say just yet how this fan will be chosen (hint: participate).
Today’s challenge is:
1. Decide what your fitness goal for the next 2 months will be and post it on the fan page.
2. Go here http://tiny.cc/Vc2mx to find out how much water you should be drinking a day, drink it and comment on the fan page when you are done!
3. Create a dinner menu for the week listing what you will eat.
