2. Increase the amount of pressure on your hips by releasing the attached straps from the Shrinkx Hips belt and pull the ends towards you until you receive the desired amount of compression.
3. Pull straps tight and then secure the straps to the Shrinkx Hips belt.
4. Wear your Shrinkx Hips belt throughout the day under or over your clothing.

What Is Relaxin?
Relaxin is a hormone that helps relax the body's muscles, joints and ligaments. During pregnancy, the hormone Relaxin is present in 10 times its normal concentration in the female body. Relaxin is very important to the birthing process because it causes the pelvic joints and ligaments to loosen so that the baby has room to pass through the birth canal during delivery.

As a new mother you spend a great deal of your day feeding and holding your newborn. Whether it is nursing or bottle feeding, you are sitting every 1 1/2 to 2 hours to feed and cuddle your new baby.
