 US Locations: We offer FREE shipping to all US locations! We are happy to ship to APO addresses. There is no extra charge for this. However, there are a few products that we are not able to ship to APO address due to their size or shipping location. In most cases this has been noted when applicable.
International Locations: If you live outside of the US we are happy to ship to you as well. Simply proceed through checkout as normal and choose your location from the drop down box. When your order is processed we will check the shipping price you were charged and if you were undercharged, send you an invoice for the remaining shipping costs. If you decide the cost is too much, we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you in full. International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (typically 10-12 business days) unless shipping via USPS priority mail (typically 6-10 business days) is more cost effective. Please keep in mind that these ship times are estimates and occasionally items get hung up in customs, delaying delivery times.
Duties & Taxes for International orders: International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Mom 4 Life has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
Method and Shipping Times: We ship via the United States Postal Service. This is the most cost effective way to ship and allows us to offer free shipping. Unfortunately however, USPS does not offer tracking. If you need tracking we can offer shipping via UPS or FedEx. For this option, please call to place your order over the phone and mention that request at the time you call.
Orders are processed everyday Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed. If there is any delay in processing your order you will also be emailed. Orders that are placed over the weekend are typically processed by Tuesday. Orders placed during the week are typically processed the next business day. Items that weigh less than a pound ship via first class mail (typically takes 4-9 business days). Items weighing over a pound ship via Priority mail (typically takes 2-3 business days).
Of course, if you need to expedite shipping or prefer for us to ship your order via UPS or FedEx we can do that. Simply call our toll free number (800) 928-4905 and we can take your order over the phone. We can inform you of all of your shipping options and the prices and you can let us know what will meet your needs best.
Shipping Location: Most of the items on our site are able to be shipped out from our location in Idaho. However, because of the many mamas who make great things for Mom 4 Life and ship them directly, some items are shipped from other locations. For the most part, this is noted in the description of the items affected and you will be notified again when your order is processed what to expect to ship from us and what (if anything) will ship from another location.
 You have two options for exchanges:
The FAST method--Order what you want in exchange from our site now. Fill out the exchange form here and send it in with your item that didn't work for you. Be sure to mark the order number of your "new" order on the return form so we know you ordered your replacement and can credit you back the full purchase price (provided it fits the qualifications for a returned item). The SLOW method--Simply make a note on your form letting us know that you want to make an exchange and clearly mark what you want. If the item you are exchanging for is a different price we will contact you for that payment or issue you a refund as needed. Please note that this slower method also runs the risk that the item you want in exchange may not be in stock by the time your return arrives. If this happens, we will contact you to see how you wish to proceed.

Preparing for and having a baby is stressful enough. I want your experience at Mom 4 Life to be as hassle free as possible.
- You have 30 days* from your purchase date to return your item to us for a refund--no questions asked. Please note that if you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out. We do not mark up our retail costs to offer free shipping when we mail your order out initially, so we simply refund you all but our original shipping costs instead of charging a restocking fee as many companies do in order to prevent us from losing money on the sale. If you instead decide to do an exchange we apply your full purchase price toward your exchange and no shipping costs are retained.
- Simply click here for your return form, fill it out and include it with your return.
A few important details:
- *We know that life as a mommy can get a little crazy and there are times when the 30 day time frame just doesn't work out. If you are unable to return your item within 30 days, just let us know. We will be happy to issue your refund in the form of store credit.
- Returns should be new**, in the original packaging (DVD's must still be shrink wrapped) with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors. (**Slings are an exception, please read below for details)
- Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out.
- If your purchase is found to have a defect, I will be sure you get your item replaced. However, please contact me before returning the item. The item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information.
- If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to send something back via UPS or FedEx, please contact us for a physical address rather than using my P.O. Box.
- There are a few items that need to be returned to the manufacturing company rather than to Mom 4 Life. These few exceptions are listed below.
- A few of my items are not eligible for return. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to see what products cannot be returned.
- If your item was a gift, you will receive Mom 4 Life store credit for your returned item(s).
The following companies prefer to handle returns/exchanges directly or have slightly different return time frame:
Nummies Bras: Because these bras are often shipped to you directly from the company, they will need to be returned to the company for exchanges (I am sorry but I can only offer exchanges and not returns on this item). Please send your bra in a plastic zip lock bag along with your name, phone number, your receipt with a note explaining what size you would like instead. Birth and Baby Bras: Because these bras are shipped to you directly from the company, they will need to be returned to the company for exchanges (I am sorry but I can only offer exchanges and not returns on this item). Offhand Designs: Returns in perfect condition and returned directly to Offhand Designs within 10 days are refundable. Custom orders are non refundable. Please contact Offhand Designs directly for a return authorization code at lisa@offhanddesigns.com
The following items have an extended return window or slightly different return policy:
Slings and Baby Carriers: If you find that you need a different size, simply follow the info above for exchanges. If you are not sure what size you need, feel free to contact us or the company that makes your slings directly for sizing help. If you ordered a New Native sling please keep in mind that it MUST BE WASHED FOR TRUE SIZE! Many people contact us worried that they got a size too big, only to find out that it fits perfectly once they wash it. We realize that you must wash it to find out if it will fit correctly, so please read below for what to do if after you wash it you still need a different size.
New Slings: We accept returns of new, unwashed carriers up to 30 days past the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that many children may need a few rides in their new sling to get accustom to it, especially if they are older. Often they will adjust after being in the sling around 3-5 times. If it is new for them, you may wish to have their first few rides be during a time when they are well rested and fed. This will help increase the chances of initial success. Put your child in your sling and start moving! It is often your movement while carrying them in the sling that begins to calm them and make them feel right at home in their new carrier! If you are having trouble adjusting to your new sling we would also suggest calling the company that makes your sling and speaking with the customer service department to see if they can help provide you with some helpful suggestions or tips.
Used Slings: Perhaps you realized that the size just isn't right, or the color is not your style after all, or you just need a totally different type of carrier for your situation. It can be hard to predict which products will meet our needs, especially when we are first-time parents. By the time we discover that something isn't working out, we have already washed it or used it for a month, so it's often no longer returnable. This is where our partial return policy can help. If you wish to return a carrier that does not meet the qualifications above (new condition, unwashed, less than 30 days old), then you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price (minus shipping) provided your sling is still in good condition (gently used--not faded, stained or torn). Please note: If, instead of simply returning your used sling, you decide to order another size or item from our site and send your sling back for an exchange, simply record the order number of the second sling purchase on the return form and you will get a FULL refund (minus shipping) rather than the typical 70% refund for a used sling.

The Keeper: If you are not completely satisfied with The Keeper Reusable Menstrual Cup, you may return it within 3 months of your date of purchase. The "3 MONTH MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" gives you the opportunity to try The Keeper to make sure you are comfortable with it. If you find that The Keeper does not work for you, I am more than happy to refund your money in full--NO QUESTIONS ASKED. (Please be sure your used bottle has been fully sanitized.)
