Want to talk to a REAL person? You came to the right place! We will be available to answer the phone directly, Monday - Thursday from 8:00 - 2:00 PST (with a 1/2 hour break for lunch from 12:00 - 12:30) and Fridays from 8:00 - Noon. We are closed weekends and holidays.
We don't put any of our customers on hold for other callers, so if you call and we don't answer, we are likely on the other line or, because we are moms and we work from home, we may be attending to an unexpected need with our family. Please leave a message and we will get back to you promptly. If your call is concerning a previously placed order it would help us help you faster if you have your order number handy. You may also call after our business hours or on the weekend to leave a message and your message will be returned on the following weekday.

Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to send an email. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours (or by the next business day). Angela, our customer assistant, answers emails every day so often we will get back to you very quickly. If for any reason you do not get a reply after 24 hours, please feel free to follow up in the rare chance that your email did not reach us. We love keeping our inbox as neat and clean as possible and want to get back to you as soon as possible:)!
