Keep track of when you last nursed and which side you nursed from with this must-have product for all new mothers. The Nursing Bracelet is made with high-quality glass beads and components for safe and lasting use. New-born babies should feed every two to three hours, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. But it can take time for babies to establish a feeding routine, and tired moms often find it difficult to keep track of a hungry newborn's 'little-and-often' feeding patterns. The Nursing Bracelet™ is a simple and attractive solution to this problem, with several functions that will help new mothers keep track of their babies' feeds and establish a good milk supply.
The Nursing Bracelet can be used in many ways:
-
To keep track of which breast your baby last fed from: with one easy action, simply move the bracelet from wrist to wrist.
-
To record what time your baby last fed, OR
-
To mark when your baby should next feed, OR
-
To simply record the total number of feeds in any single day or night.
The Nursing Bracelet has many additional and alternative uses, extra, contrasting charms are available for twins. Or use an extra charm to:
-
Count your baby's wet or dirty diapers in a day
-
Count glasses of water you've drunk in a day
-
Remember when to take/give medication
-
Count number of laps you've walked/run
-
Remember an appointment time
The Nursing Bracelet™will help you to track your baby's feeds, by reminding you which breast you last fed from and when your baby last fed. It is made from number beads and colored beads and is designed to represent a 12-hour clock. The number beads represent the hours and each colored bead indicates a 15-minute interval.

1. Switch the bracelet from wrist to wrist to keep track of which breast you last fed from.
 2. The charm is moved to mark the time your baby last fed. For example, if your baby begins a feed at 4:30, place the charm between the second and third colored beads after the 4 (see the diagram). This will help you to determine when your baby's next feed is due. (Additional charms are available in my store.) Alternatively, you can simply mark when the next feed will be due.

3. Another use for the bracelet is to record the total number of feeds in a day (newborns should feed eight to twelve times per day). Place the charm after the relevant number bead.

| "I recently received a bracelet as a gift and I can't thank my friend enough for this unique and stylish tool. I am a new mother and I felt that if my head wasn't attached to my body, I would forget where I put it. So the last thing I could ever remember was what time I fed my baby. This was the answer to my prayers! Thank you to the great women who invented this and the great friend that sent the bracelet to me." |

Maren Berthelson, mother to Zoe |

"Thank you so much for The Nursing Bracelet. It is a life saver! The first night Cole was home I hadn't put it on yet and all night I kept saying 'when did I feed him? Which breast did I start with?' You guys are brilliant. Thanks again." |

"I live in Aukland, New Zealand, and have just purchased The Nursing Bracelet over the Internet. I love it. My first child took about four and a half months to get into an established eating and sleeping routine, and I went through 2 notebooks keeping track of it all. I'm not going to do that with my new baby. I am just going to wear my new stylish bracelet." |

"It's obvious that you are an experienced Mom and therefore realize what products are of use to a new mother. The nursing bracelet is a God send for me. My husband thought I was crazy for not being able to remember what time I fed our son and which side I was on! The fact that there is such a thing as a nursing bracelet let's me know I'm not alone. I opened it up as soon as I got the package and have been using it ever since!" |

"I have had my Nursing Bracelet for about a month, and absolutely love it. I came across it by accident, and loved the idea. I'd been logging every feed for over 2 months and knew I couldn't do it forever. I truly depend on the bracelet." |

Unique Mums LLC was started in January 2004 by three Brooklyn-based moms, Susan Lazor, Kirsty Ball and Diana Plunkett. Their goal is to provide help and guidance for parents with simple, yet unique products that make the transition into parenthood as smooth and effortless as possible.
Susan came up with the idea for The Nursing Bracelet, inspired by the birth of her son Ethan in October 2001.
"Breastfeeding Ethan was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life, but getting into the rhythm wasn't easy. I had trouble remembering when he fed and I could never tell which breast to use simply by 'feel'. Trying to keep notes just didn't work for me because I could never remember where I'd left the paper.
"I knew there had to be something better. I starting working on ideas for a wearable nursing log, and over the course of two years my design was improved and finalized. I called it The Nursing Bracelet™, and I believe it's an invaluable and attractive tool for new moms, or indeed anybody that is taking care of a newborn."
