 Leigh Ann Tennant
I'll never forget as a child, falling asleep to the sound of my mother's sewing machine humming away in the next room. I found it somehow comforting, knowing that she was hard at work, making my little school dresses!
I began my sewing adventures, there at her feet as a little girl! I'd stitch and stuff her fabric scraps into little pin cushions for her to use!
Now I have children of my own. I find it incredibly satisfying to be able to create the little things that fill their lives! Coats to keep them warm, twirly skirts for "princess-pretending", hats to shade them from the sun, and blankets for swaddling them in their earliest of days!
I've made it my goal to get every mommy sewing! When you fill your child's life with things you've created with your own hands, your filling their life with memories that will follow them forever! I want to provide you with the tools you need to begin creating that "mommy made" little world for your child!
I've come a long way from my scrappy pin cushion days, and with a little help, you'll be surprised how far you can come too!
My mother still uses my old pin cushions, by the way! I guess they hold so much more for both of us than just pins! Share this great find with another Mom |
