Hugga-Bébé® is a support for children 4 months thru toddler years to use in activity centers, jumpers, walkers, high chairs, park bucket swings, etc.
Hugga-Bébé solves the problem of stuffing pillows or blankets, etc around your baby to keep them supported during playtime. This simple, adjustable design will grow with your child to be used throughout their development.
The way a child sits can have long-term effects all the way into adulthood. With Hugga-Bébé having your child sit proper is simple. Hugga-Bébé gives children the proper tools to sit without having to slump over or flop around. When your child is little, learning to sit proper is a must.
Teaching a child to sit can have as much impact on their physical health, self esteem and processing as does teaching them to talk to walk.
There is clear evidence that chronic back pain can be a result of poor sitting habits stemming all the way back to childhood. It is important for children to maintain the 3 major spinal curves at the neck, upper and lower back no matter what age the child is. At the same time the pelvis should be in a neutral position (not tilted forward or back). A slouched posture can be damaging to say the least.
Hugga-Bébé allows children to have good posture from 4 months thru toddler years.

- Carefully place your baby in the Hugga-Bébé
- Raise the front of the Hugga-Bébé to your baby's belly
- Lightly secure the Velcro® straps
- Check that your baby is comfortable
- Place your baby in an activity center, swing, exercise chair, or jumper

Kimberly Davis is known for her ability to fix problems. From projects around the house to taking care of the car to juggling a family, she is someone her friends and family turn to for help. As a mom of two girls, safety is a top priority for her. So when faced with a problem that could potentially harm babies and toddlers, she went to work finding a solution.
The problem: her 4 month-old nephew kept falling over in his activity center. Her solution: the Hugga-Bébé. In March, 2007, she invented the Hugga-Bébé, a safe, versatile and practical product that helps protect infants and toddlers while they are playing in activity centers, jumpers, walkers and park bucket swings.
This stay-at-home mom has caught the entrepreneurial spirit and is busy building her business – overseeing manufacturing and distribution of the Hugga-Bébé. Kimberly is proud to be an exhibitor at the ABC Kids Expo in September 2008, where the Hugga-Bébé has been nominated for an Innovation Award from the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association.
Kimberly is married with two daughters, Erica is 11 and Sarah is 3. She is excited to share her new venture with her daughters and hopes her business will motivate other stay-at-home moms to turn their million dollar ideas into reality.
