While the body is demanding more sleep, it gets harder to find a comfortable position as the baby continues to get bigger. Some doctors specifically recommend that pregnant women sleep on their left side since this helps take pressure off the back and keeps the uterus off the large organ; the liver. It also optimizes blood flow to the placenta and, therefore, the baby.
The Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow will help women find the most comfortable resting position with its special revolutionary cubic design. When opened, it forms two triangles. Memory foam on one half of the pillow conforms to the mothers belly. The other half of the pillow is made of higher density foam to support the back while keeping the body positioned to one side comfortably. The fabric that connects the two sides stretches to accommodate women as their bodies grow throughout their pregnancy.
While one of the biggest complaints of pregnancy pillows is that they are too bulky-taking up half the bed at night and no place to discreetly store during the day-the Utterly Yours product is quite simply the most compact pregnancy pillow on the market.

A. Unbutton to open.
B. Line outside edge of solid fabric triangle towards center of bed.
C. Lay on fabric that connects the two triangles. Stomach touches inside of solid fabric triangle while pattern fabric triangle supports the lower back.
D. Back should be touching pattern fabric triangle, so pull belly support towards you if necessary.
Please note: This pillow does come in "sizes". We only have the size medium in stock. The medium size will work fine for anyone up to 210 pounds or if the measurement all they way around the largest part of your body (back to belly button) is not more than 50". For someone smaller, the fabric between the two triangles can be folded to allow the pillows to be closer to the body. If you are measuring too large for the medium size, you would need a large size pillow. Please email us and we can see if we can't help get what you need.
"The utterly yours pregnancy pillow. I won't say that this pillow is a life saver, but it certainly is a BACK SAVER! I got this pillow as a gift early on in my pregnancy, and I liked it, but now that I'm in my third trimester, it's critical to my comfort. The Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow came about after Anita Jamshidi was given instructions by her OBGYN to spend her third trimester of pregnancy lying down as much as possible; specifically on her left side to increase blood flow to the baby.
Not only was this difficult with three other children to look after, but it was physically uncomfortable. All the pregnancy pillows she tried were not only too soft causing her to roll onto her back, but also incredibly cumbersome; taking up half the bed. It wasn't until Anita decided to sleep on the couch one night that she realized it gave her more support than anything else she tried. The back of the couch successfully kept Anita on her left side. Unfortunately, it didn't offer a great deal of comfort.
That's when it dawned on Anita that if the memory foam she used to create the Utterly Yours Breast Pillow could conform to and support a woman's breast, a variation on the foam could do the same for belly and back support. The combination of two varied foam pieces-one to keep a woman on her side, and one a bit softer to cradle the belly-along with the goal of keeping the product compact, made it possible to create a pregnancy pillow unlike any other.
