Highly Absorbent
The bumGenius one-size cloth diaper is one-size off the shelf. In addition to the regular insert, there is included a newborn insert/booster with all version 3.0 diapers. The newborn insert is designed to reduce bulk for small babies. When the baby outgrows the newborn insert, it works great as an overnight booster or extra absorbency for a heavy wetter.

The soft, waterproof outer fabric keeps the diaper just as trim on a newborn setting as it is on a toddler. Soft, sueded inner fabric wicks moisture away from your baby's skin. Super stretchy, ultra gentle leg and back elastic with rolled out casings keep the yuck in and to help keep red marks away. Plus, our unique covered (patent pending) pocket opening keeps wetness completely off of your baby. After the diaper has been used, you can even avoid messes in your wet bag by rolling the diaper up and fastening the tabs before storage!
Care Instructions
Fasten tabs to laundry tabs on inside of diaper. Wash warm, hot or cold. Use 1/4 cup additive free detergent per load. Rinse well. Line dry. (The shell may be tumble dried, but it may reduce the life of the hook & loop closure).

About the One-Size Microfiber inserts
bumGenius One-Size Microfiber inserts are made of 3 layers of the thickest microfiber terry available anywhere. Our unique snap down design allows these inserts to fit perfectly at any rise setting on a bumGenius™! Our new, wider and longer design fills up bumGenius™ side-to-side and end-to-end. No more leaks!
Drying time:
The one-size inserts dry as quickly as bumGenius™ dry on the line or in a dryer. All the economics of a one-size product and no more waiting for thick cotton or hemp inserts!!
Absorbency:
The inserts are now manufacturer rated at 15 oz. aborbency. Many other companies offer microfiber inserts now, but no other microfiber insert compares to the bumGenius microfiber insert. What is different? bumGenius™ is simply more absorbent than the others.
What about overnights?
We recommend using two inserts when diapering an older baby or toddler at night.
Washing:
You only need a tiny bit of detergent to get these inserts clean.

I've noticed a few comments about wondering if chubby babies will fit into these as they grow older... with our chubby babies~ as soon as they start walking, they just grow "up" instead of "out" (just like my grandma said they would). I've currently got my (previously chubby) 26mo old and my (currently chubby) 5mo old both wearing them at the largest setting just fine and I'm confident that the 5mo old will fit into them when he's 2! Of course there's no guarantee that the diapers will all last that long... but I've also read some reviews where they have!"

"I love these dipes! I can honestly say that I have tried other one size diapers and the bumGenius is the absolute best. The Cotton Babies inserts are so unbelievably absorbent! "Highly recommended & worth the start-up cost! I'm asking for more for our 5mo old for Christmas (he reeeally won't miss not having more toys!!!) Once we get more I'll be using these on both our 32 lb 2 year old and our 21lb 5mo old boys. It's a great investment for us because our "little" one has been in size 5 diapers for 2 months now & that adds up!!! I'm just sorry we didn't find these for our 1st one. He was a chubby baby too so we could have saved a boat load. The quality is great and the washing is easy. The only problem we've found is that because our 5mo old has a big belly, the top piece of fabric folds in and the strip that the velcro tabs attach to chafes his belly. I experimented a little and found that tucking a good quality Puffs tissue in the waist band area works great & it's no trouble compared to the great product. These diapers are much nicer on his skin than the disposables! Thanks for a great diaper!"
"in a word ... awesome! easy to use wash well and few leaks. I simply love these I started using these as soon as his cord fell off and never looked back. the only down side i have found is the cost and its well worth that. its expensive at start up but so is any other Cloth diaper set up. they pay for them selves quickly. EVERY baby should be lucky enough to have these diapers I am going to get more of these when I have my next baby. Fox"
