The Dunstan Baby Language 2 DVD set consists of:
DVD 1 (Lesson 1): An introduction to the Dunstan Baby Language system. Learn the first 3 words of your baby’s language, get helpful advice and tips on how to “tune your ear”, learn settling techniques, and hear from other parents who have learned the system.
DVD 2 (Lesson 2): Learn the final 2 words of your baby’s language, get helpful advice and tips, learn settling techniques, hear from other parents about their experiences with the full program, and see Priscilla in a live lesson environment teaching new mothers the system with remarkable results.
The DVD set is also supported with a 24 page reference booklet offering other hints and advice, and a quick reference wall chart.

How it Works
Your baby speaks Dunstan.
The Dunstan Baby Language teaches you to hear exactly what your baby is communicating. As a parent, you are able to interpret your infant’s sounds and cries – and respond to their needs.
Every newborn communicates from birth to 3 months using 5 distinct sounds, or “words” to express their physical needs. This is regardless of the language their parents speak and is part of nature’s plan – that your baby can tell you what they need from the very beginning.
For example, every baby will say the word “neh” when hungry. The sooner ‘hunger’ is identified the sooner a parent can respond by feeding.
The system will teach you that your baby’s first communications occur before crying develops. The sooner you recognize the sounds and their meaning the quicker needs will be met. Your baby will become more relaxed, confident and happy – and so will you.
These sounds or “words” form the basis of the Dunstan Baby Language. To see it in practice, take a look at this video extract and hear for yourself examples of babies saying the word “neh”. In addition to teaching you how to tune your ear to the 5 words, the DVD program also takes you through settling solutions, as well as helpful tips and advice. From the age of five, Priscilla demonstrated an unusual connection with sound. Already an exceptional violinist, she could hear a piece by Mozart once, then play it back in its entirety, note for note. Her father, Director of the Educational Testing Centre at the University of New South Wales, found that his young daughter had an eidetic memory - a rare photographic memory
for sound.
During her teenage years Priscilla toured throughout Europe and Australia as an accomplished concert violinist. Priscilla then spent more than 10 years exploring the world of opera, where her talent as a mezzo-soprano deepened her understanding of sound produced by the human voice.
Eight years later, when Priscilla gave birth to her son Tomas, the true significance of her gift would emerge. Her instincts as a mother and her connection to sound led her to believe that a baby’s cries had to be something more than just random sounds. Noting combinations of sounds in a journal, Priscilla explored various settling techniques and observed Tom’s reactions. Eventually she was able to recognize patterns, and identify how specific cries had a distinct need attached to them.
After her own experience, she tested her theory with babies of friends and family, achieving the same remarkable results. Now after years of independent studies this one mother’s intuition has developed into a universal baby language - the Dunstan Baby Language.
