Hi Heather, I received the Peanut Shell earlier today and put Julia in it right away. She was nursing within 5 minutes of being in it! Thank you so much for your great customer service, you were wonderful to work with. You answered all my questions in such a prompt and friendly way and when the first pouch that I ordered didn't work out for us you took the time to find out what we wanted and suggest a different style, and then answer all my questions about that one.
