BellaBand Maternity Accessory by Ingrid & Isabel.
The BellaBand works throughout your entire pregnancy when pants, skirts or shorts aren't fitting quite right.
Early in pregnancy, slip this ultra-soft, seamless knit band around the waistline, over unbuttoned jeans, skirts and shorts to hold them up and hide the unfastened closures. It_s also ideal mid-pregnancy over too-loose maternity or snug-fitting transition wear, in late pregnancy as an extra-hold accessory for under-the-belly styles that fall down around the hips when the belly pushes them down, and after pregnancy when maternity becomes big and pre-pregnancy is bit snug.

Trying to choose between two BellaBand sizes?
If you like a snug fit, try the smaller size of the two. If the idea of something snug is unappealing durring your pregnancy, but you still need help holding up your pants, try the larger size.
More Sizing Tips:
Every belly and body grows and recuperates differently. How the Bella Band feels on your body is very personal. So, consider these points when selecting a size:
-
General Fit
The Bella Band should fit comfortably snug around your growing waistline and hips so it can effectively hold your pants up, disguise unfastened jeans, skirts and shorts, and create a smooth belly surface. One size should last throughout your pregnancy and after baby. -
Borderline Sizes
If your pre-pregnancy size borders Bella Band sizes think about how you like your pants to fit. Size up if you think a snug fit will bother you. Stay true to size if you want that extra support that a snug fit offers. -
Too tight!
The Bella Band, while snug, should always be comfortable. If it's too snug and uncomfortable, try a size up. We want you comfy and happy, not miserable because it's tight AND you can't find anything to wear! -
Pregnant with Multiples!
Women with multiples often say they feel more comfortable wearing a Bella Band than wearing nothing at all! The support alone can be a relief. If you're pregnant with more than one baby, you will experience a drastic increase in size, but you'll start out just like everyone else... unable to button your pants! At first, try a Bella Band that's appropriate for your pre-pregnancy size. This may last you throughout your pregnancy. If it ever becomes too tight, consider buying an additional band one size larger for mid and late pregnancy. If you decide to size up immediately due to your size early in pregnancy, just make sure it will perform for you in the beginning.

People often ask how I came up with the Bella Band and I'll never forget the day. I was newly pregnant and dressing for work when there it was: my belly popped!
I wasn't big enough to fill maternity wear, yet there was no possibility of buttoning my pants. Safety pins were bulky, rubber bands were uncomfortable, larger sizes looked sloppy, and when my blouse rose it exposed my poor attempts to hold up my pants.
I panicked, thinking, "How can I keep my pants up and hide the fact that they don't fit?" Finally, I tried a tube-top over my waistband. It was thick and not sized properly for a growing belly, but it worked! I un-tucked my blouse, left for the office and no one knew my pants were undone.
In the coming weeks I found myself wearing my new accessory almost daily. I wore it over unbuttoned jeans that still fit around my hips, cute maternity I had yet to fill, and later with low maternity waistbands that constantly fell down around my hips. That's when I wondered if other women might want something like this.
Eventually, I introduced the BellaBand. And my inspiration, you might say, was my sweet daughter Isabel, now age six-that once pesky bump in my belly.
I want women to enjoy getting dressed every day during pregnancy. Let's celebrate our changing bodies and dress with confidence because we deserve to look and feel beautiful.
